K- you can send them now, and just send whatever. Scraps are good that way--you can always use them up.
T- I found these flats (they're jcrew! and cost $13!!!) at the local Gabriel Brothers. I got another pair in paisley for my other sister. Unfortunately the only thing in my size was this icky blue and cream stripe.
